Our Design & Print Policies
- Standard turnaround: Please allow a minimum of 4 business days for design and printing.
- Rush options: Need it sooner? Rush service is available on request — contact us and we will do everything we can to meet your service date.
- Proofs before printing: Nothing is printed until you have reviewed and approved your design proof.
- Photo guidance: Original, high-resolution photographs reproduce best. We gently retouch every image, but a clear original makes all the difference.
- Custom poems: You may upload a custom poem or verse with your order, or choose from our Prayers and Poems library.
